The same. The man does not age.The return of Coulson is the selling point for me. I wonder what he looks like.
I don’t think this news broke the internet like she said.![]()
I think the Sentry was colored blue originally and somewhere along the line some one colored the humanoid Kree blue and it sort of stuck. They were both pink-skinned. Yon-Rogg didn't like Mar-Vell because he wanted to bang Mar-Vell's girlfriend, Una. IIRC, Ronan was also pink-skinned in those issues, which is why I started thinking about the question.
Yeah, I guess that would technically make her half-Kree. Obviously my first thought was one parent of each, but I guess as long as long as her DNA is split between the two, she would still be half-Kree, no matter how it happened. If AoS is anything to go by (dubious, where the movies are concerned) Kree do indeed seem to live longer then humans.
That said, Carol ageing more slowly post change is just one of several possibilities and I can probably think of others that have a little more dramatic potential...like say time dilation from travelling at the speed of light. One could also go with "stuck in stasis somewhere" or "trapped in another universe" but those two have been taken already by Cap & The Wasp respectively. I mean if nothing else it would seem a little weird that she was just hanging out in space this whole time, doing her thing until Fury paged her.
Small aside: I'm also still not 100% convinced that what's been said means she's literally a natural born Human/Kree hybrid. It seems like a little too much of a departure and too similar to Peter Quill's origin. A (very) simplified version of her comics origin seems much more likely: i.e. some weird alien tech accidentally gene splices a USAF pilot with Kree Supersoldier DNA and gave her superpowers.
I mean she still ends up "half-Kree" technically, but how she got there is kinda important. After all Cap wouldn't be Cap if he got his powers after being bitten by a radioactive soldier, would he? Nor would Spider-man be Spider-man if Peter had volunteered to be injected with Super-Spider Serum out of patriotism.
No spoilers here, if this is what's happen it's called "a lucky guess".
I haven't really given much thought to the involvement of Ronan and Korath before now because there wasn't really any context as as to their appearance. Most of the publicity stuff has gone out of its way to say that this is before the pair went off on their extremist side venture with Thanos. But what if it isn't before? What if they are already working with Thanos?
What if Carol catches wind of her teammate's actual allegiance and his ultimate endgame? Suppose that's why she returns to Earth? Maybe she confided what she learned with Fury, and that's why she gave Fury that pager. And when people started disappearing, that's how Fury knew it was finally time to signal Carol.
Only a problem except for the other 6,956,375,866,3853,089,740 times it has happened in comics and such. Maybe he did try call her during the Loki business and she was too far away in space to get there before the Loki show was over? Whatever, make a reason and give yourself a no-prize.(that for all I know the movie may perfectly address). Specifically: why wait until *then* to call in Captain Marvel? Why not when Loki & the Chitauri were wrecking the joint?
The problem with that idea is from what we saw, Fury is most likely unaware of Thanos's involvement with what was going on.
Either way, that scene kinda creates a problem (that for all I know the movie may perfectly address). Specifically: why wait until *then* to call in Captain Marvel? Why not when Loki & the Chitauri were wrecking the joint?

We might. Or they can ignore that question. We'll find out in Captain Marvel why he waited so long.

Besides, it's hardly even worth considering it a minor concern. It needs no more explaining than-Or we'll find out in Avengers 4.

Interview with Clark Gregg, but sadly, no pics.
Apparently, we will see Coulson and Fury's first meeting. I hope they don't deviate from Coulson's history as established on the show. I remember that he was recruited out of college, but I can't remember if that was by Fury specifically.
