Braga simply did not watch the show

Uh-huh, we have good humor to keep our spirits up from the constant swipes that get taken at us :(

Stop talking about Frasier for "Pete's" sake!
Okay, let's talk about Wings. Or The Tortellis! (I blame Braga for that show.)
I blame Braga for the Wings episode "Planes, Trains and Visiting Cranes." Complete character discontinuity for Frasier. A boorish charlatan with no dignity, a stupid lookiing hat and a bad gimmick; it's exactly what you'd expect the writer of "Threshold" to come up with (all he needed was to reveal that Frederick was an evolved salamander alien). Was he even paying attention on Cheers?

You know, I bet if we look hard enough, we could prove Braga was behind Lincoln's assasination.

The sad thing is that there really ARE folks out there who blame Berman and Braga for stuff like Search for Spock.

Why end there, I'm sure the earthquake in Haiti was his fault too.

I also blame him for the down spiral of society by introducing Rap music into suburban homes!

Damn you, Brandon Braga!!!!! :klingon:

What, can't take a joke?

This is the VOY forum!!

:)
I should lock this one down for being so off topic, but it amuses me. I think we all need a little humor form time to time in here, in between discussing the serious stuff like Tuvix and Kes vs. 7.

Geez, are you Braga's wife and Anwar his kid?
Is there really any excuse in the end for making big continuity errors for a script for your own show? I really don't believe there is.
This kind of stuff isn't going to fly though. Knock off the sniping.

If you want a continuity error try this: In a season 1 episode of Frasier, Martin gives a speech to Frasier and Niles starting with the line "Now, I never had a brother...", but in a season 5 episode we learn that Martin actually does have a brother! And Martin's brother is never mentioned again after that episode!
In the TOS episode "Operation: Annihilate!", Kirk's brother George is killed by the flying pizza bats. Later, in TFF, Spock is sad because his half-brother has died. Kirk says "I lost a brother once. I was lucky; I got him back", obviously alluding the Spock's death in TWOK and return in TSFS.

Kirk just plain forgot about his own flesh & blood brother!

No, there's a definite and meaningful pause before Kirk says he got his "brother" back - clearly we're supposed to think of Sam first. ISTR it says that in the novelization also.

As for Voyager I've long maintained that Living Witness is the last ongoing-series Voyager episode. After that it becomes an anthology show that happens to feature, each week, a bunch of people with the same names.

I've just watched the episode on YouTube and I have to agree. Frasier selling t-shirts? :wtf: What was Brannon Braga thinking?!

Luckily that was still in the Michael Piller days and he kept Lilith within character, that man deserves an award for fixing so many of Braga's scripts.

The most ridiculous thing ever said in the Voyager forum award goes to.....

There is no one on earth who blames Berman/Braga for Search for Spock.
This thread is just silly now, and none of you are as funny as you seem to think.

I don't know. I've seen more ridiculous things than the claim I'm not as funny as I seem to think I am.

Jaespol, for this classic moment from the hater thread:

Ah Jaespol. :D I wish he were around now so he could collect his award, but he's not, he left of his own volition. The mods told me he's on a farm now where he gets to run around and play with all the other obnoxious members of this board. (How I wasn't invited I'll never know. :()

You_Guyz stole your crown, dude.
You lost because your posts/replies make sense.

Not to mention that in Cheers, Frasier said his father was a dead scientist.
Also in Cheers, the end of one episode took place decades in the future, and Frasier and Lillith were still married, contradicting not only the entire series Frasier, but the last season of Cheers, when Frasier and Lillith separated.

On DS9 in season one or two, Sisko shared a painful story of his father's death. His father appeared on the show a few seasons later.
