Perhaps Olwen is one of the few Replicants to have an expiration date for whatever reason. Not because she's of a certain class, but because of some kind of individual reason.

It’s possible they merely had much longer lifespans. I’ve generally taken it that the four-year limit being for safety was marketing, and Tyrell was telling the truth to Roy that it was actually technical limitations and they couldn’t have made the Nexus 6es live longer if they wanted to.
But Tyrell never claims that they could not make longer-lived Replicants. He only says that they cannot extend the life of a Replicant that has already been created.
Plus Nexus 6 was the first wave of Replicants to have the four-year lifespan built in, to protect against them developing emotional responses.
The Nexus 8 having no expiry date comes from the opening text, so arguably a reliable claim as opposed to a character simply claiming it.

If nothing else, they've certainly nailed the aesthetics. Since it's the first trailer, it's mostly style over substance, but I'm cautiously optimistic.
I guess my observation would be: it's now 80 years since the original, and from a style perspective, nothing seems to have changed much? Even in a declining society like this, we'd expect to see something?
The lead having a big puffy coat seems to be it.
It may be that the Replicants have replaced humans as the majority, but they aren't evolving/expanding technologically/culturally and are simply going through the motions of being human, resulting in little to no progress since 2049.
Perhaps that style stagnation is deliberate commentary on the replicants.
