What about The Flash and Supergirl as it was not originally the plan to have them in the same universe. Would that count? If it does, I'd like to call dibs on it and post an avatar tomorrow.

It is a bit of a border case, but I've looked into it, and Greg Berlanti first publicly expressed interest in the Supergirl series being connected to the Arrowverse almost a year before the pilot of Supergirl aired, so I'm gonna say no. But there are certainly other Arrowverse characters incorporated from previously independent DC productions.
