Black and white version of Deep Breath has leaked

While only five scripts leaked, according to the BBC it appears that a total of six episode workprints are in the wild.

I posted a screengrab of the FTP site itself a few days ago with that info, it's a page or two back.

That said, I have looked (for information gathering, you understand) and can find no trace of 803-806. 802 is out but no "avenue for acquiring it" works.

And that's all I'm saying on the matter.
I wouldnt want to look that far ahead anyway. One ep, when its been 7 months, yeah. Denying myself new Who for another 5 to 6 weeks on top of it? Nah.

I haven't seen it, but those who have seem to compare Capaldi to the best of the Third and Sixth Doctors. It reminds me of the comparisons to Smith with the Second Doctor. I think I'm going to like this Doctor.

I've seen half the ep.

He's good. I won't say great but I'm chalking that up to being new to the role and the quality of the rough cut.

A few weeks ago someone claiming to have the second episode posted it but stopped seeding at 0.2% Well. They've resumed seeding. Yep. Episode two is now leaked....

So at this rate the actual premiere for people in the general public who haven't seen an episode is now September 6...

Which is actually good as, of the five leaked scripts, I found the Robots of Sherwoods the best.

At this point when it's only a few weeks until the finished episodes air I can't see the appeal of watching these.

Well for one I find it facinating getting a glimpse of what an unfinished episode looks like in terms of missing/temp FX, music etc.

For me it's a personal interest in rough cuts/deleted scenes/directorial choices. I have no interest in 'racing to see it ahead of broadcast' etc. I'd also probably lose interest in watching the entire rough cut again after seeing the final cut. :)

I get that, I agree, it is interesting.

But interesting to watch after the finished episode has aired.

Interesting to note (and you don't really know which order they were filmed in):

The Doctor feels like the 11th when they start the first episode - especially his dialogue with the Dinosaur but his performance feels very different by the second, especially the rescue scene at the start of the second

Pink and Oswald do NOT mix. It's forced and just bad...

True, although he got too little screen time to say for certain. Besides, how Pink was introduced does kinda work with Clara's knack of rehabilitating psychologically wounded soldiers - be it the time war and conventional human war.

Well, he's absolutely terrible at the shouty bits but his quippy line timings are a bit better. It's as if Moffat decided that he wanted Hugh Laurie's House to be The Doctor but couldn't get him. Capaldi just isn't up to the task. He's good at wry and detached but lacks a certain gravitas.

'Robots Of Sherwood' has leaked now too. Guess I was right that they're being let out in sequence.

That's just funny. Maybe we'll see all six episodes appear before they screen, which is actually kinda sad. I can not believe the BBC set up an unsecured server. Boggles the mind.
