It can be any of the shows or movies.

Lets try to exclude the original star trek and enterprise though... the original series was before my time and enterprise was just terrible.

TOS was before my time, still not a valid reason to exclude it from a question about the best line in Star Trek history.

And whilst ENT might not have been the sstrongest show it doesn't mean it wouldn't have some good lines.
