The fifth season is my favorite season of Voyager, so many great episodes.
After that year, I was left wanting more, but alas, the last two seasons were just spectacularly awful...

I voted for:

Counterpoint (the most underrated episode, it has everything from double crosses to a Mahler soundtrack!)
Bride of Chaotica!
Someone to Watch Over Me

As the choice was really hard for me, honorable mention should go to "In the Flesh", "Nothing Human" and "Latent Image". Could have done without the Borg episodes.

The high watermark of Voyager, in my opinion, is Bliss. The show just wasn't up to snuff after that episode, not on any consistent basis.
