Batcave Security in Tim Burtons first Batman Movie

Unimatrix Q

Having watched this movie again after a long time, i noticed that it seems that there are no security measures protecting the batcave from outside intruders beside a holografic illusion hiding the entrance! Is Batman sloppy or does he like the thrill that he is hiding in a place where anyone could enter anytime?

Well, we don't get to see them, but that doesn't mean they're not there.

I think a bigger security concern is the butler who likes to let Bruce's girlfriends inside without letting him know...or for any particular reason. ;)

Alfred: Let's not forget about repairing the Batmobile. There's certain security to consider. It's not as though we can take it to any old "Joe's bodyshop," is it, sir?

Bruce: Security? Who let Vicki Vale into the Batcave? I'm sitting there working and I turn around, there she is. "Oh hi, Vick - come on in."

Favorite lines in a Batman film.

It does have a door too...which is more than can be said of Bale's Batman. :)
