Actually it was a bustier, but I don't know how to spell bustier, so I went with teddy. It doesn't matter for the point, dammit.
No, a bustier ends above the navel. It's definitely a corset, I just looked up the image again. It is stiff, it forms the waist, it hooks up instead of being a slip-on, as bustiers tend to do.

Even though I'm only 3 episodes into a research of the series overall (and only two episodes into Season 1 proper), I'm being reminded of just how strong the series was right out of the gate.
I know that there's a sentiment out there that Season 1 is 'rough', but, personally, I don't feel that way at all, and would honestly say that there are only two truly terrible episodes in the season: Infection (which suffers from clumsy writing that doesn't plague any of the other 'early' episodes of the season and which drags it down in quality) and Believers (which is terrible because of the uncomfortable heavy-handedness of its story).

I'd add that TKO was a good episode suffering from horrible inter-cutting in the third act.
I actually always enjoyed "BELIEVERS".
Regarding "INFECTION", it was the very first produced episode of the series. Given how quickly JMS was able to learn from his errors in episodes, there's little wondsr why B5 ended up being was so awesome.

I watched the Pilot, and seasons 1-4, when it was broadcast in syndication on the now defunct PTEN (Prime Time Entertainment Network).
I watched most of season 5 on Laserdisc. I lived in an area without access to cable TV. I didn't get Satellite TV until after 2001 and was finally able to finish season 5 and Crusade.
Seasons 1-4 seemed to take 11 to 12 months to air for some strange reason, at least according to the DVD booklets. They’d start in September, but wouldn’t finish until August or September of the following year, and usually the season final would air the week before the next season’s season opener.
I use the JMS-approved Master Episode List that was published by the website The Lurker's Guide to Babylon 5.

They did, and I remember it well. The last 4 episodes of a season were aired after repeats for a bit, then those final 4 and then the new season premiere right after. I found it quite jarring.
After listening to three different podcasts on the episode, I find myself struggling to figure out what it is that others don't see in "Soul Hunter" that I do, because it's genuinely one of my favorites of Season 1.
