He done paid fifteen dollars. Man pays money like that, he don't tolerate no changes in schedule.
So what about his fifteen dollars? Huh? What about his fifteen dollars. Are we gonna reimburse him?

They were supposed to film in 2013! Look, I get the fact the project has changed and they want to put out the best product they can. I respect that. But really what I listened to in that podcast didn't make me want to support them any more than I already have. It might not be the case in reality, but here they come off as arrogant, self-important assholes where it's "People are criticizing me! I can't deal with it! They should shut uuuuuup!" and "JJ's movies suuuuuuck!" They have chosen to be in the public eye. They need to learn to (1) be diplomatic; and (2) accept criticism.
That last ones a big one. I went back to the top of the old Axanar thread and someone suggested Peters go into the fan art forum and Peters shut the person down saying "We know what we want." Okay. Fine. There are better ways to say that. Or just ignore it. One of the things I respect about Tom here in the Renegades criticism, is from what I've seen he's ignored it. And I applaud him for that.

OK. Fine. I don't care about delivery dates. I care about quality of product. Given Super's attitude, I sure hope he didn't donate to Space Command, or he's going to be really upset.
One thing I have to add: You make the comment regarding critics of Axanar being thin-skinned. I'm not certain if that was an accusation my direction . . .
How about spending less time on podcasts and more time on making the movie?
Of course if they did this, the line would be: "Man, those Axanar guys are full of themselves. They can't even be bothered to communicate with their donors. How hard would it be to set up a regular podcast?"![]()

This.
On another note, I'm wondering how much longer this thread will be open. Of course the majority of the action is Axanar/Peters/ect bashing, so it may stay open for quite awhile.
We've seen what happens though when Axanar's more vocal defenders step up...
Pardon my cynicism...
