I'm taking both lairs being blown up to bits as a sign that next season's revamp of the show with the new showrunner will be extensive..
so who's gonna pony up for a new bunker now?
The Queen fortune is gone, Felicity no longer runs Palmer Tech so who's gonna pony up for a new bunker now? Unless Diaz does a Darkh and leaves one behind![]()

2. If the Quad is so bad ass, why are they so easily eliminated? I get that Diaz killing them is supposed to make HIM look like a bad ass, but, it just makes the Quad look remarkably weak. They have a criminal enterprise of a whole country, yet, Diaz is given a pass? "Oh, you have killed two of our own, ok, sure, Mr. Diaz, you just take over."
1. Ollie, who is known for shooting arrows VERY VERY quickly... some how isn't able to shoot Diaz in the 2nd act? Diaz is RIGHT THERE... above Mr. Terrific. OR, Diaz was RIGHT THERE in the van that Ollie was standing right next to. It's ridiculous. Of course, they weren't going to get him... it was just the beginning of the episode... but, that makes for poor story telling.

I get the impression that the Quadrant was more of a "white collar" type criminal organization. They are about things like money laundering and such, not really street violence. They are not really the types to get down and dirty like Diaz does.
But I do wonder, if the Quadrant found Diaz so objectionable, why did they not take him out sooner?
Partly because he has something of value to them, control over a whole city. And probably partly because they underestimated just how casually murderous he is.
Sometimes organisations like the Quadrant are more attuned to /defended against attacks from the outside. Some-one on the inside can be unexpected and can attack the soft underbelly.
You are right. But this type of thing happens all the time, precisely because the writers have to drag things on until the finale. But it does make for plot holes.

They are not really the types to get down and dirty like Diaz does. That's why they call Diaz a petty thug and considered him unworthy to join their ranks until he forced the issue with his "explosive entrance". But I do wonder, if the Quadrant found Diaz so objectionable, why did they not take him out sooner?
^I don't think you can really call it a suicide bombing if the person who gets blown up is an unwilling hostage.
Just a reminded for everyone, tonight’s penultimate episode of The Flash’s season, Think Fast, is a crossover involving Diggle and ARGUS.
