Arc Spanning All The Series?

Mulling about what episode to watch the other day got me thinking about whether there are episodes in all of the series that you could watch consecutively as an arc. I know, there aren't intentional threads through the shows, like they are doing with the books. So I guess what I'm asking is more like a thought experiment.

Something like they did with the Maquis, beginning in TNG and continuing in DS9 and Voyager, only spanning all the series. We also have “Observer Effect” in ENT and “Errand of Mercy” in TOS, both featuring the Organians; but could episodes from the other shows be interpreted as continuations of those two? Or maybe the theme of the Prime Directive as an arc? A Romulan or Klingon arc could certainly be seen through the different series. But which episodes would belong in there?

So, any ideas for possible arcs spanning all the shows?

Are there any TOS eps that you can retcon into suggesting a Borg reference?

You could potentially do City on the Edge Of Forever - Time's Arrow - Past Tense - Future's End - Storm Front.

Mirror universe episodes from TOS, DS9, and ENT, plus "Parallels" from TNG, the two "Scorpion" episodes from Voyager, and "Yesteryear" from TAS. The topic being parallel universes, but I really think it's more of a theme than an arc with the TAS, TNG, and Voyager parts included.
