This has been debunked, it's possible for even a mildly skilled gunman to do this.
It's called a ricochete.
Amen. There's actually a guy who lives in my general area who made the same kind of shots at the same speed from three times the distance without a scope.
Then he should show the FBI how its done, because not a single one of their sharpshooters could match Oswald's performance. I have yet to see a person duplicate what Oswald did. Most people that claim to be able to do it are firing at targets standing still in the wide open.Penn Jillette tried to say that the shots could be fired in the allotted time by standing still and firing the weapon without loading bullets or recreating the event. I was in the marines and was a rifle expert and I would have a hard time doing it with my modern M16A2 service riflle. Oswald was using a weapon that is HORRIBLE for what he was trying to do. He had to recycle the weapon after every shot, which makes it horrible for sniping as doing so throws you off your target. Oswald could have shot Kennedy when he was coming towards his direction before the turn on elm, which would have made it an easy frontal shot. Instead he waits until the president turns on on elm and now he has to shoot thru trees? And he has to hit a target that is moving away from him.
And serioulsy guys, a RICOCHETE bullet created seven wounds? You've been watching too much T.V. A single bullet can't created that many wounds and certainly doesn't ricochete that many times.
