Anyone gone to the Starfleet Academy at Ottawa aviation museum?

$18 sounds about what I'd expect for that kind of themed museum experience.

Who says it only lasts an hour though? I couldn't find a specific reference to that. If it's this, "...accommodate up to 300 visitors per hour..." that doesn't necessarily mean that everyone gets in and out within an hour.

The aviation museum itself says it lasts an hour. They control the number of people in it at a time - when you purchase your ticket you pick a time to attend down to the nearest quarter hour.

There is a limit to the number of people who can visit the exhibition at once. By booking a start time for your visit, you guarantee yourself all the time and space you'll need to enjoy the Starfleet Academy Experience to its fullest.
Visitors should expect to spend roughly an hour (60 minutes) in the Starfleet Academy Experience.

That sounds like it takes about an hour to do it...but they don't say they'll boot you out after an hour. I could be wrong of course, but no museum has ever shuffled me out before I wanted to go. (Not counting closing time.)

Maybe not but since you have to buy your ticket at times in increments of 15 minutes and if you are late your ticket is void it seems they're more strict than other museum exhibits.

It's not a seperate museum, it's a temporary display in the aviation museum. Depending on what you mean by a couple of months it may not have been around then. They've been taking the captains chair to events since may for free photos. I got one. Between the gold shirt, the gut, and the tribble on my bald head I thought I did a pretty good end of season 3 Kirk cosplay
