Any Word on New Amsterdam?

I grew quite fond of this show, even though it only had 8 episodes in the first season. Just wondered if anyone out therte has heard if it's coming back or not.

Both Wikipedia and the official site are pretty noncommittal the matter.

There must be someone out there with inside sources.

I showed up on the board today for the express purpose of asking this question. I've watched all but the last episode on Hulu now, and I was wondering if it's coming back or not. It's absolutely fascinating, all the things he's lived through.

However, that show has to have the most unusual names in its cast list I've ever seen.
