Well.... if this season is any indication... the writers are terrible and this will not be a well regarded series.

TNG being a great series + Spiner being a nerd god = BIG BUCK$$$$ for that phaser you had before.

I don't see the same happenng for the phaser from this show. It won't appreciate well. Might even depreciate

ANOVOS is onto wave 4 now so has to be a wanted item. The value will go up if limited quantities are made. I just missed wave 3. Guess I’m going to take a risk and see what happens. The Phaser seems to be right on between Discovery and TOS right down to the round end of the barrel.

The price is feels like it's at least a hundred dollars too high compared to similar replicas that can do more, like most lightsabers, even with the added complexity of the removable parts and the shape. I guess they know their market though given how well they are apparently selling.

I get that you do nothing but post about how much you hate Discovery, but three posts in a row is a bit much, especially since your response to it being popular is "lol good luck."

I’ve watched the series from the start and I have to be honest it took a bit to get used to the Klingons. But I’m a true Star Trek fan and I think the story is well written and makes sense with everything else. Uniform is weird but I’ll probably get that too to add to my collection.

Not certain if $500 is a fair price, but Anovos can make quality products. Not certain I should buy one for a low number?

Like I said before, I’ll just buy the McFarlane version. If I like it and want something more high end then I’ll wait for the universal controller. The TOS Phaser Universal Controller by the Wand Company was also created from 3D laser scans of the hero prop, had hand-polished nickel and brass-plated parts and cost $150. That’s even less than 1/3 of the current Anovos price.
