Watson canceled after two seasons.

She has a good California accent, they didn't hide the Māori from New Zealand, I guess it was harder for him to shorten his 'e's.

I really think they were ripped from Highlander: the Series. They're basically the Watchers.

The Talamasca predate The Watchers, the Talamsca first appeared in Queen of the Damned in 88, predating their appearance in Highlander The Series in 93 by five years.
