Agents of SHIELD - Season 2 Discussion Threads. (Spoilers Likely)

I could see a AoS scene where they are in a room full of monitors trying to sort out the chaos of having so many newly empowered people and Spiderman appearing on one of the screens briefly.

I very much doubt they'd debut Peter Parker on AoS, even if it's just as a civilian.
I could however see them doing a name-drop of some kind associated with Spider-man. A mention of Oscorp, or a news clip from the Bugle news website or some-such.

Honestly I think a Jessica Jones cross-over is somewhat more likely given that it's New York centric and the source material has a very specific role for J. Jonah Jamerson.

I would love a tv version of Marvel Team Up.

There's a lot of stuff that could be really good but not something to build a show around, but an episode or two would be great.

^They could use AoS in the same fashion. Now that they have a super team, who know who they'll run into.

Hmm. Not nearly as short as I was expecting. I was looking forward to seeing how she'd look with really short hair; a lot of women look great that way.

Yeah. I kind of can't help it, whenever they're vague like this about I can't help but wonder if they're using a fake name for a character from the comics.

I'm gonna be very shallow and say I have a purely selfish preference for Bennett's longer hair. Her hair has this amazing chameleon-like quality to look very, very different depending on how it's stylized, and it's very attractive -- I don't usually find most women's hair as attractive as I find Bennett's. Also I can't say I give a damn how much she does or does not look like the comics version of Skye/Daisey.

But of course she still looks great with the shorter cut. I just hope she decides to grow it longer again.

</ shallow >
</ but of course it is her body and her choice >

Or adopting parts of the biography from a character that they sold the rights off on.

With actors and long term roles there's usually passages in their contracts about their physical appearance, i.e. they mostly have to stay a certain way.

Kit Harrington from Game of Thrones has a clause in his contract forbidding him to cut his hair on his own (which is driving fans nuts nowadays given the season finale of GoT and that he didn't cut his hair yet leading to wild speculations ).

Personally i prefer long hair on women but if it fits a good short cut can also look very nice, either way it's a really unimportant part of news concerning the actresss and show.

Wouldn't it have been easier just to draw Daisy with longer hair?

Surly that would require a time machine since Daisy in the comics has been around for about ten years, no?

That aside, it makes more sense for a field operative to have short hair, especially if they have a superpower that makes things vibrate and fly around. You don't want to go to the director with "sorry I let the bad guy escape, but my hair got all up in my eyes." ;)

That's real life. On an adventure show, it's much more dramatic for the hair to fly around, especially in slow motion. :rommie:

This is too bad. I like long hair. She still looks good, though.

Have you met women?

(Yes, I see the winky smilie.)

There's a line I like that explains it best...

"Ginger is ten times the dancer Fred was, because she did every thing he did, but backwards and in heels."
