A Punisher tie!!
I can't believe that flew over my head.
A gigantic building along the Potomac in Washington, D.C. would surely be noticed.
Laundromat.
And for most of Iron Man 1, Coulson seemed to not have realized that "Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division" abbreviated to SHIELD.
I'm OK with them being called Miracles.

Marvels?
Seriously, what would happen if they were referred to as mutants? Surely Fox doesn't own the word itself.
Maybe they could just be called "genetic mutations" or a similar side term.
Ratings for Agents Of Shield have been down this year, as many of you are surely aware, but there's some good news on the 7-day dvr ratings front:

I suspect there's a decent number of people out there who are waiting until December and plan to watch the whole first half of the season all at once too.
Spidey, the FF, & Hulk were not born with the capability of attaining powers. Mutants are. It's the mutation that makes them what they are.I wonder about the whole difference between Mutant and non mutant, really, there's been at least 4 or 5 official "mutant" Avengers, plus what's the big difference? Spider Man, FF, Hulk they all seem to be some kind of mutant but they are not officially mutants. I remember when Spiderman had the blurb "the Non-Mutant superhero" on his cover and wondering why the line between mutant and nonmutant is so specific. And why then only Mutants are persecuted and the others mostly aren't.
So, maybe how Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver got their powers decides if they are mutants but they won't mention it? There are two Quicksilvers now, could they have two of other characters?

Fox sued Marvel and Tribune Entertainment over their syndicated series Mutant X, which forced the series to use the term "New Mutant" (to the point of irritation), instead of simply calling them 'mutants'.Right, so the question is: If they can use Pietro or Wanda, why wouldn't they be able to call them mutants? I don't think Fox can issue a cease-and-desist order over the use of the word "mutant". The word exists outside the context of the X-Men. They just wouldn't be able to draw any connections with Magneto or X-Men characters.

I still think that they're just going to make Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch Inhumans in the MCU. In the Winter Soldier post-credits scene, Strucker and his lackey were talking about how all the other test subjects they'd been experimenting on had died, and only Wanda and Pietro survived the process. I'm thinking that's because their DNA contains latent Inhuman genes, and Strucker inadvertently activated those genes and triggered the twins' powers.
I don't read Punisher - I thought she said Mike Rowe - the "Dirty Jobs guy"...One of my contacts, MICRO, he's a crime scene junkie!

Haw! I don't even read (or watch) Punisher and I got that one.
Strucker only said, "What we have is more valuable than they ever knew, and we have only scratched the surface." in response to his doctor subordinate's question, "What about the volunteers?" I know I'm leaning toward Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch getting powers from scepter/Mind Stone mutation, but Strucker's line is inspecific to me.Didn't the tag scene of Winter Soldier already establish that Strucker created their powers using the Loki Pokey Stick?
