I would also like to see more Easter eggs. Laughed my ass off in the Avengers Easter Egg....

By the way, has anyone seen any screen grabs or detailed descriptions of what's in Coulson's office? I'm sure there must be some easter eggs in his in his collection of things.
While I have been enjoying it, I do agree that I was expecting more appearances from content from the comics. I know they want to leave stuff for the movies, but I wouldn't mind getting some more episodes like the Graviton one.But to be honest, I don't think this show has Easter eggs; the few things I've noticed (like Morgan le Fey and The Controller) are big stretches and speculation on my part. So far, I feel that the Marvel license has been squandered on this show. It's likely not the fault of the writers and producers; I'm sure they're being boxed in and constantly told no because the studio wants to save something for features. But the synergy with the features that I hoped for ... it just isn't there for me at four episodes in. They tell us they're in the Marvel Universe, but it doesn't feel like they're in the Marvel Universe. This could really be just any old Hollywood product at this point.

So for TemporalFlux, there's your answer. Several groups putting out independent "easter egg" reports on each episode.
Is Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. a gateway medium for comicbooks?

I guess this could be kind of a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. While I have been enjoying it, I do agree that I was expecting more appearances from content from the comics.
It's only been on for four weeks. If they threw in comics references too often, people would be complaining that they're too dependent on the comics and not establishing enough of their own identity.
Arrow has managed to work in a fair amount of stuff from the comics and still maintains it's own identity.
But, I guess that could be different since that is based on a specific comic series and character, while AoS is a new creation that is set in a universe based on the comics.
Ditto.I've now reached the point where I'm so uninvolved with both the plots and characters I'd have bailed if this wasn't part of the MCU.
