An energy being enters Worf's mind. The being stays there for a while disturbing worf's thought, as It were. Worf has had enough of it pretty quick and decides to fight that enemy by the only way he knows how, by shooting it. Worf is all set to blow his head off when apparently the alien gets scared and vacates worf's mind. "Nothing beats brute force!" Worf says with satisfaction.

Long story short: Worf has visions and sees Kahless as a woman and she's real. It turns out that the DNA of that woman is the same as the blood they found on some cloth. They thought that cloth had been used to wrap Kahless sword but it turns out it was a cloth she used when she was having her period. Worf decides to have a sex change operation in honor of Kahless.
