Decent

The Enterprise crew recounts all the okay times. Times that weren't that great -- but weren't too bad either.

Hero Warship

The Enterprise crew is given medals for being the most integral warship to the survival of the Federation. Picard argues that the Enterprise is not a warship, but a ship of exploration. Starfleet humors him about it, chuckling behind his back.

Misplaced:

More and more people on voyager keep losing small objects that they spend hours looking for. Janeway asks Tuvok to look into it because it seriously compromises ship efficiency. After a while Tuvok discovers that it's because of a new spice that Neelix is using in his cooking. The Doctor determines that it's causing short term memory lapses. Janeway still says that she's not firing Neelix though.

Favorite Sun

Episode centering around Ensign Kim, who is whining constantly about how badly he wants to return to Earth.

Displayed

Episode that shows us a lot of gratuitous shots of the crew either in near underwear, (when decontaminating or just dressing for something else), or in some implausibly tight-fitting outfit (going through some dubious action sequence), all carried by a paper thin plot.

Death Dish:

Neelix' cooking gets worse and worse... The doctor finds out that it's because it's Neelix and there's nothing else to say about it. Janeway is about to be put in a coma by the doctor to repair the damage done to her by a bisque of you know who. Before that she makes Chac promise her that he won't let the crew lynch Neelix before she is back on the job.

Favor the Bald

Everyone who is someone is going for a bald look in this century! Picard, the Sisko, the Borg Queen, even her EMH who has command aspirations and was recently upgraded to ECH .... Janeway is afraid even her Power Bun can't keep up with that, and muses whether she should follow the trend, even if only for her career-, or cling on to her hair.

Sons and Draughters - Worf and Alexander take a trip to a planet of dishonourable people that only play draughts all day.

Behind the Wines - Odo and Kira spend too much time getting drunk and pass out in the wine cellar.

The Mist Toys:

Happening late in the TNG second season, the Enterprise finally learns why there is a thick mist settled at the ground of every planet they go to. There are invisible aliens following them everywhere they go playing with fog machines.

Capture:

Sisko is setting traps on Bajor to capture rabbits and all sorts of small wild animals to use in his cooking, however the prophets tell him to stop doing that or else... So he stops.

I, Bog - Picard encounters a British Borg toilet that gains independence when separated from the collective.

The Liege:

Quark discovers that he has aristocratic blood, causing him to behave like a despot to his employees. After several assassination attempts, Quark realizes that he doesn't need any of this and let things go back to the way they were.

Move Along Homn

Arguably the worst DS9 episode is saved by the sudden appearance of Mrs. Troi's manservant, who acts as emcee for the embarrassing game the crew is forced to play.

Flight or Flight:

Archer and his crew are trapped in a situation where they have to flee, they just don't know which way, as they are surrounded by menacing aliens, all much more powerful than Enterprise. After he begged Hoshi to do her job, Archer finally gets her to give him the gist of the messages that are being exchanged. It turns out that the Aliens are only interested in killing each other and are oblivious to Enterprise that they mistake for a piece of garbage. After letting out a big sigh of relief, Archer decides to get the hell out of there before getting hit by a stray shot.

A Time To Sand:

Sisko is having his desk revarnished.
(Sorry for hijacking your title, but I think it deserves a slightly different reference in the episodes.)

After Nog trades away Sisko's desk and Martok's blood wine, O'Brien is left with the unenviable task of building a new desk and fermenting targ blood.

No problem.;)

At least not to her memory.

Little Small Steps.

The crew keeps reporting the sound of footsteps and baby laughter in the jefferies tubes and air vents. Turns out it's the Borg baby, who escaped into the bowels of the ship while everyone was ignoring him. Hijinks ensue as the crew tries one ridiculous idea after another to capture the baby.

I am sorry but the rule consists in changing only one letter, remove, add, or replace.

Sore Leave:
The crew of Enterprise have to take a break after they get beat up by a group of feisty Klingons.
