The Icarus Fartor:

Riker takes up sky diving so he can break wind without incommoding his fellow officers or becoming a laughing stock.

The Faked Now:

People from the future are studying the reactions of the crew of the Enterprise by making them relive the same events again and again with very small variations in some kind of simulation.

The Tome Trap:

The Enterprise and the Klingons are stranded in a strange area of space and forced to read several musty, boring old books. They escape by burning the entire contents of the library and using it for fuel. Spock rescues a copy of The Teachings of Surak just before Kor can throw it in the inferno.

Man Hut:

Worf asks Picard permission to build a hut inside his quarters so he could live like his Klingon ancestors.
Picard: "No way. It would be a fire hazard."
Worf: "I believe the anti-fire system should be able to handle it , captain."
Picard:" You don't understand. If you try that, you're fired!"

Sacred Hound - Janeway has to save Kes, but must avoid her reliance on science. She must inhabit the body of a dog to save the day.

The 47s - The Voyager crew discover the number 47's constant use in the galaxy is down to something that went wrong on the Sesame Street planet.

Fair Heaven - The Voyager crew create a new holoprogram - a heavenly dimension. Nothing Irish happens and no dodgy episodes are left as a legacy.

Death Wash
The plot is basically the same as Starship Mine, but with Voyager crew instead and with a much cooler name.

Shades of Gay

For therapeutic reasons, Pulaski makes Riker relive all the times when he felt attracted to male crewmembers including worf and Data.

Where No Manx Has Gone Before

After crossing the Galactic Barrier, Enterprise crewman Gary Mitchell gains incredible powers that manifest only as filling the ship with short-tailed house cats.

Where No Bone Has Gone Before

To challenge the limits of his own sexual prowess, Riker attempts to seduce Data. Shenanigans ensue.

Barge Of The Deaf:

An accident knocks B'lanna out and she dreams that she's surrounded by Klingons yelling at her and at each other at the top of their lungs. It turns out, they're all completely deaf. After she's come to, She asks the doc to never let her dream that stupid dream again!!! .

Things Fast:

Odo, Sisko, Dax and Garak are all linked in a weird trance where they all dream that they are running some kind of marathon, to the point of exhaustion. Turns out Odo has cheated in a race once and now it's come back to haunt him!

"The Naked Tome"

In the ruins of a long dead alien civilization Captain Kirk discovers an abandoned pornographic book store.

Done

Seven of Nine has had it up her occular implant when yet another transporter malfunction fuses her blood with the Doctor's mobile emitter, and she gets burdened with the responsibility of yet another child to look after.

Will the stuff she has to put up with ever end?!

Q Whom

The Enterprise encounters a group of cybernetically enhanced grammar pedants, the Borgs, who seek to disseminate the Federation's biological and technological distinctiveness throughout their collective. "Resistances are futile."

QE2: The Voyager crew stumble across an old cruise ship, so they all have some shore leave.

: The Enterprise crew are baffled when two other NX Enterprises appear, one from the past and one from the future. Archer must work out the time paradox, with interference (or help?) from Future Guy (guest starring Dean Stockwell.)

E2: The Enterprise D appears to the Voyager crew, and it brings along it's offspring from Emergence. No one cares, yet it's still better than Q2.

QPie: Q appears as a pie so Guinan throws him at the wall.

The Naked Mime:

A mute alien completely naked is wandering the corridors of Enterprise, miming things to people a la Marcel Marceau. Kirk, McCoy and Spock, have no idea where he's coming from. Turns out he actually is Marceau, in pancake make up, who accidentally walked into the Terminator's time machine that only allows naked people to get through, extreme shock is the reason why he can't talk.
