Absolute Worst Voyager Episode Ever?

I've never thought of it that way. I wonder if Janeway chose Endgame to came back to in time instead of the just before the array to keep her crew out of the Dominion War?

The episode with the Ferengi where the same inept fools who got lost originally in the TNG episode---escaped from the brig and stole back their ship and stole the wormhole home to the alpha quadrant.

For the first time in trek history the crew of a starship looked like f*cking morons who couldn't even control the idiotic Ferengi long enough to get home and save years and many lives off their voyage back.

I actually really dislike "In the Flesh" because it took an extremely interesting race, Species 8472, and changes them into just another race of changelings.

However I gather most fans like this episode.

Did you miss TNG Rascals?

yeah, but in the end they retook the ship and defeated the ferengi----in Voyager they let the Ferengi and the wormhole slip through their fingers. That cost them years and lives.

Endgame. Most bad Voyager episodes were only bad in a kind of formulaic way. Sloppy writing or focusing on an annoying character being annoying. But Endgame really encapsulized what was bad about the entire show. The complete demolition of the Borg, the deus ex machina writing, the hitting of the reset button to change any plot developments you don't like, the immense and cliched use of time travel, and Janeway's odd sense of morality.

One thing I always notice when there is a discussion about "bad episodes" is that everyone has their own idea about what "bad" is. Even when two or more people agree on what "bad" is, they can still disagree about a particular episode because they disagree about mitigating good qualities.

For me, Endgame is one of those bad episodes which fails on many levels but I still end up liking. I just can't help it because for me, it was a really, really fun ride.

I also thought that episode was reallllllly stupid.

Worst episodes to me was Fury, Kes comes back all pissy because Captain Janeway “made her “ leave the ship, memory loss or no memory loss it doesn’t make sense since Janeway would never have made anyone leave the ship even people who probably deserved it so if she remembered Janeway she would have remembered that about her I feel the whole episode is just watching a baby throw a tantrum about choices she made

concerning flight.

can't handle it.

This thread is so old one of the posters is on dialup.

The Fight is the worst episode. Awful in every single way. Not even Boothby could save it from being a yawnfest.

The worst Voyager episode ever, the worst Star Trek episode ever and the worst TV-series episode ever is that insulting piece of s**t in seasson 6 where the creeps in charge tried to destroy Kes.

That episode should never have been made and should be erased from every DVD release in the future.

If I ever become a millionaire, I would buy the rights to the Voyager DVD:s, just to have the pleasure of erasing that episode from every future Voyager release.

The one where they have species 8472 in human disguises parading as Starfleet officers. To me that ruined them.

Episode names elude me (and I cannot bear the thought of sifting through the Voyager section of memory alpha).

The episode where the ship is jumbled around and the characters get lost on their own ship....

And the double episode about the Hirogen....space nazi’s...(Trek can’t say no to nazi stories can it)

Robert Picardo isn’t a fan of that one as well. Andromeda has an episode similar to that later on which strangely, is one of my favourites from that series.
