Has there been any updates on Jennifer Lien? The only positive thing with the sloppy writing and all the inconsistencies in the series is that it gave me inspiration to create the Voyager mysteries-and how to solve them page on the Kes Website
Jennifer doesn't have Social Media, it's her right to maintain per privacy; no body is forcing her to have a social media account. It's such a sad thing to read, I don't know if anyone is representing her but I am willing to donate money for her to get the proper treatment she needs. Many people has done GO FUND ME for many thing and some vital situations and I feel Ms. Lien should get some sort of funding... for her mental health and have someone take care of her so she can get back on her feet. Whatever it maybe but I would like to see her be okay.
Also, I'm usually tolerant of inconsistencies that occur for narrative's sake. For instance, I don't have much of a problem with Riker. Yes, he was a fiercely ambitious young officer who decided to do a tour on the flagship to set himself on a full impulse trip toward admiral braid. Until... he wasn't.
I find it a bit grating that Picard is supposed to be such a proud French man when all he talks about is Shakespeare when the French have a slew of playwrights that are more than a match for him: Racine, Corneille, Marivaux, Moliere... to name a few.
Huh. One person's inconsistency is another person's character development.

"Right. Oh, ...from being a small child, I can remember being told about the family line. The Picard who fought at Trafalgar. The Picard who won the Nobel Prize for chemistry. The Picard's who settled the first Martian colony"I always had the view that Picard's family are ancestrally Brits that bought a French winery.
Because why not?

- Jean Picard, French bookbinder (active to 1547) commissioned by patrons such as Jean Grolier

Fought is more likely code for "lost".
Are the French proud of getting their ass kicked?
To date, no Picard has won the Nobel prize in Chemistry.

Hello, 24th century.
Well, he could easily remedy that problem himself. Unless, of course, he is infertile. And since he actually believed he had a son ...
