Has there been any updates on Jennifer Lien?

Last I heard about her was her numerous run-ins with the law and how the court ordered her to undergo mental health treatment.

It's such a sad thing to read, I don't know if anyone is representing her but I am willing to donate money for her to get the proper treatment she needs. Many people has done GO FUND ME for many thing and some vital situations and I feel Ms. Lien should get some sort of funding... for her mental health and have someone take care of her so she can get back on her feet. Whatever it maybe but I would like to see her be okay.

Jennifer doesn't have Social Media, it's her right to maintain per privacy; no body is forcing her to have a social media account.
Her husband, Phil Hwang also doesn't have Social Media and his IMDB stopped showing any activity post 2016.

Their son Jonah Hwang is now in show business, but he also maintains a very low profile and only has a instagram from what I can tell. Jonah really looks like his mother when she was young, it's amazing how much I can see a piece of Kes in his face. Ah, the joys of genetics.

But Jennifer doesn't seem to have made the rounds at the Star Trek conventions for quite a while. Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'd love to be wrong.

This is her at a rare Star Trek Convention appearance in 2010

This was her most recent arrest in 2018

Huh. One person's inconsistency is another person's character development.

Pshaw. Can you even be said to have read Moliere before you experience it in the original Klingon?

I always had the view that Picard's family are ancestrally Brits that bought a French winery.

    Because why not?

Always assumed that the Shakespeare stuff was simply a nod to Stewart's acting background in Shakespearean drama (and not necessarily an attempt to make him less French).

"Right. Oh, ...from being a small child, I can remember being told about the family line. The Picard who fought at Trafalgar. The Picard who won the Nobel Prize for chemistry. The Picard's who settled the first Martian colony"

Fought is more likely code for "lost".

Are the French proud of getting their ass kicked?

To date, no Picard has won the Nobel prize in Chemistry.

Actual famous Picards from real history...

EH, I stand corrected. I just note that Picard's interests of dressing like British sailors and ships in a bottle seem a little more that way.

No Javier Maribona-Picard to be seen anywhere. We're definitely not in the same timeline as Star Trek not even going back three centuries...

    Picard was born in 2305.

Any Ancestor that won the prize between 2301 and 2304, would most likely have still been alive during Picard's Childhood, and been a relished aunt or uncle...

    Aunt.

Since Jean-Luc is the last Picard.

I suppose an unmarried aunt could squease out a new Picard?

Picard said "There will be no more Picards." Sounded pretty final. :wah:

Well, he could easily remedy that problem himself. Unless, of course, he is infertile. And since he actually believed he had a son ...

Deanna found Clare Raymond's family in seconds despite that she was from between the Eugenics war and WWIII, and computers back then were hardly worthy of the name. (TNG The Neutral Zone)

Jean-Luc didn't talk to his brother for 20 years, like hell he keeps track of his second cousins who might be Picards.

    Cloning.

    Shinzon was a Picard.

    Shinzon killed Rene and Robert.

    Ate their bone marrow.

Shinzon said he was raped by a lot of Reemen woman because he's scrawny.

So There's probably plenty of Picards on Reemus.

    Sorry.

My point is, even if Picard was infertile, he could still make a binary clone with Riker.
