Where is Felicity? Who is the blonde at the far left, is that Lance's ex-wife? Sara is well positioned next Ollie, balancing Diggle. What can we read into this?

As pointed out, Felicity is next to Oliver, and Laurel is on the far left. Regarding what we can read into it? Sara is going bye-bye.

Or its just an old promo picture from start of the season.. And there's no Quentin Lance either.

This. I watch on Hulu and this poster has been there since before Sarah showed up.

Milo Ventimiglia was great as Deadshot.

Deadshot was excellent. Not really fond of the use of the Mockingbird and Harbinger code names. Harley got a line! Good to focus on Digg this week. All in all handled very well. Waller is one mean lady.

Diggle deserved a good episode. Mixed feelings about his ex, but she did pull the tracker out of Deadshot. Waller is delightfully evil. I would still like her better if she was a bit older and portly. I guess there are only slim, young, women actresses available in Vancouver.

Ollie was filled with self-doubt; Sara pulled him back down to earth. This reminds me of the finale last season, where Diggle said that this time was different, Ollie wouldn't be going against Merlin alone.

While I appreciate how Laurel is behaving, I've never known someone to make a complete 180 like that in so little time.

I'm liking the expanded flashbacks beyond Ollie. Helps ensure that format stays fresh.

Yes, liking Deadshot more and more. I'd love it if this series had some recurring anti-heroes. Well, I guess it does; I'd love it if they keep them, and add Harley to the mix.

Harley Quinn... So that's who that was. I forgot about trekkiebaggio's post from a few weeks ago.

Might be a CW thing. Doesn't matter though. She does indeed play an impressive Amanda Waller.

Plus, he can build on Diggle's story a bit more. He's no longer the key to revenge. There's someone else who gave the order.

I lost it when Harley had her cameo. Let's hope she gets a full on appearance soon. I'm glad that Diggle finally got a meaty story. He's been stuck in the background for too long. I'm also really starting to enjoy Deadshot. He needs to show up more.

Ben Browder had a pretty unsung part in the episode. I wonder if they'll revisit the character?
