Or he took a dive, reasoning that he had to die there or certain things would never happen (eg every adventure River's ever had).

I'm wondering if Moffat will actually go through with it, considering that the Doctor may already have regenerated twelve times (counting The Stolen Earth / Journey's End). All they need in order to circumvent the Doctor's death is for a handy receptacle for his "data ghost" to turn up, and that's essentially happened more than once already (Chameleon Arch / fob watch, DoctorDonna, 10B). I can even imagine Jenny returning and making "the promise" when the Doctor's mentality is merged with hers.

I just had an amusing thought of the 'dead' Doctor sitting on Trenzalore for hundreds of years, living in the dying TARDIS, waiting for his younger self to come for this exact event so that he could steal the TARDIS from himself and go off to have adventures again, saying, "Well, I know it was there before, so I must return it at some point."

Since the Doctor told Vastra, Jenny and Strax the TARDIS would automatically take them back to Victorian London, I'll assume that it has done that. The Doctor, Clara and Hurt exit the Doctor's timestream at some point in the Tenth Doctor's lifetime, and have an adventure with him. When all is said and done the Eleventh Doctor and Clara will travel with the Tenth in his TARDIS to Victorian London so they can pick their TARDIS up.

The Doctor and Susan where at a fancy dress party.

Drunk nobody says: "You look so Human! You do! It's amazing, I could swear you were human if it weren't for the... That costume is fantastic, you could totally pass for native!"

(The Doctor and Susan look at each other cheekily.)

The Doctor: "Well, if we're already dressed for it?"

Susan: "Why the hell not? Lets go steal a Capsule!"

That is if he doesn't come back with Clara. The fast return protocols operate if the Doctor dies so any companions can get home.

I know Inception is a shitty movie but you all should remember that time is relative inside different meta's of conciousness... After the Doctor Jumped into himself, who knows how many years could pass inside there before a single second had completely passed in the real world?

Maybe I missed it, but I don't recall any explanation of the whole "The TARDIS hates Clara" thing.

Perhaps we misinterpreted what was going on, and it didn't 'hate' her, but it was something else? Or perhaps the TARDIS was only reacting to the Doctor's own mistrust of her, and once he decided she really didn't know any more than he did in "Journey", it relaxed too and didn't hate her anymore?

    Or something...?

Or it was a red herring? The Tardis feelings were were never expressed by it or the Doctor, that was just Clara's opinion. Clara is one of the few companions to recognize the Tardis having a unique personality, though, I believe.

Yeah, I'll go with red herring. The TARDIS might have just not liked Clara because she's the new companion and the TARDIS isn't used to her yet. And this was played up to possibly mean something more significant though in the end it didn't.

    "Oh god! Not you again!"

Clara has been screwing with the Doctor and the TARDIS for the last 1000 years.

Maybe the Doctor didn't notice, but perhaps the TARDIS did.

I've just watched the final scene again and I have a question, if anyone knows... Clara explicitely tells the Doctor "You're the eleventh Doctor". I know the "11" motif has been used since Matt Smith took over, and of course calling him "the eleventh Doctor" is very common among fans, but I have the impression that it's quite rare in the show itself. Has it happened before, someone calling the Doctor "the nth Doctor"?

I just assumed The TARDIS didn't like Clara because she's a paradox. She was born, lived, and died all throughout time (specifically the TARDIS's timeline too).
