Me humble abode, or at least a part of it. Was tidying up and I snapped a shot. This is where the magic happens. Its usually littered with energy drinks and various android or windows mobile based phones awaiting their cures (or deaths). Also, this is where the strange guttural growling noise comes from if you turn the lights on.

EDIT: Seems even me Hackintosh, nicknamed Emil decided to make an appearance. Bottom right.

Last cat pics for this year, :) ,but it's not a promise
Spock had to sit his ass on my nativity scene this morning:

His eyes asking:" may I be a part of the nativity scene, pleeeeease...?"

Is that brand of beer any good? I've never tried it. Hell, I don't think I've ever seen it. How would you compare it to other brands we might be familiar with?

Pretty! I was just thinking today about how people here think it's cold and the kind of winters I'm used to. It's kind of surreal walking outside in a tshirt a few days before Christmas.

It's 50 degrees and somewhat mild where I am. It's not really the weather for t-shirts(not for the vast majority of people I've seen today, anyways)but it's definitely warmer than it should be and it was on this day in 2009 and 2010. Last year at this time Roanoke already had about ten inches or more of snow on the ground.

I'm from DC, which can get really fucking cold in the winter. Not as cold as Chicago, as Top41 likes to point out to me, but still pretty damn cold.

That said, its about 64 outside here right now, and I'm fine. At night though it gets colder, and I'll readily admit that I've softened my resistance to the cold since moving here five years ago and find 45 degrees to seem a lot colder here than I did back on the East coast.

Oh yeah, it's not actually super warm here, I'm just used to a lot colder so it's short-sleeve weather to me!

Exactly. I'm in shorts and flip-flops right now and am perfectly comfortable. If I were on the east coast though with these temps, I'm not sure I'd make the same choice. Oh well!

I took the trash out wearing shorts and a polo shirt. One year ago on this day I would have needed snow boots and a thick jacket.

It's a witbier, very light in taste...

Thanks for the link. Looks like something I will try if I can get my hands on one. I'm always open to experimenting and seeing if my taste buds agree with something. A lot of the microbrews I like were introduced to me out of the blue by a couple of friends who dared me to try something different to mix things up.
