WOW

I think Tuesday is going to kill it, to be quite honest

Yeah... that's not good
I wonder how Caprica will do when it starts next week.
The move to Tuesday's put the show up against major network competition, so these numbers aren't surprising. Friday night was a better night with less competition and more chances of viewers catching the second airing of the episode, compared to the current slot.1.175 million viewers with a .5 in 18-49? Yeah, that seems likely. Caprica was already hurt by having the series premiere released way ahead of the rest of the series on DVD and the way the first part of the season was handled. I'll miss it way more than I'll miss SGU, that's for sure.I wonder how Caprica will do when it starts next week.
A new time slot in the fall, after not airing since March...yeah, it'll be killed. A shame, since I really like it, but chances aren't good.
Ah yes, return on the annoying pop song... Just like last year nobody is beyond a couple of us are commenting here during the show.
Yeah, same here. I imagine both shows will have at least decent DVR numbers, especially considering the Tuesday night broadcast competition, but DVR numbers apparently don't get to the networks for about two weeks or so (according to an article I read regarding Lone Star).I'll miss [Caprica] way more than I'll miss SGU, that's for sure.

I thought the episode was really scraping the bottom of the barrel. The ascension crap has always been pretty boring, and it seems like we now have more of that sort of nonsense.
More montage, *barf*
I'm not liking the Lucian Alliance. Yeah that one chick was pretty cute... but for the most part they just make no sense, and they seemed to have cast them from dudes who didn't make the cut for Sharktopus. Hopefully Knepper will have more of a role soon.
I'll be shocked if this show makes it to a third season.
Jesus, that was horrible. And it wasn't that I was jumping in, in the middle of the plotline. Nothing was particularly hard to figure out - good guys, bad guys, people in danger - but the actors are so completely wooden and uninteresting that they're unwatchable. The fat nerd is still the only one who brings a spark to a scene. The best writing in the world couldn't solve the casting problems.
I was going to stick around and see if Robert Knepper can make this show watchable but after this experience, I'm bailing for good. Total disaster.

Good. Kill it with fire and free up the timeslot. Of course, Skiffy will just replace it with bullshit like Haven.![]()
Destiny stopped her faster then light jump early and TJ saw what she saw in the previous dream. Besides its Stargate, aliens wanting to pass themselves off as gods are what the franchise is based on.If you're just going to assume the baby and everyone on the planet is completely dead, why involve the aliens at all? People are perfectly capable of having dreams while unconscious without alien intervention.

So everything is set up for the cliffhanger. Obviously some deus ex machina will prevent the Lucian Alliance from executing Young and the other military officers. Scott and Greer are already through the airlock. Chloe will likely survive her wounds since this show doesn't exactly have an abundance of females in the cast, and I'm pretty sure the actress has been well behaved. And I guess they got around showing TJ's pregnancy and not having to worry about finding baby actors. And Rush and Mr Brody will save the day.
And when all the Lucian Alliance are dealt with we can "enjoy" a pop song montage showing life getting back to normal.
