Lex wants everything that Clark has...that has been a theme explored on Smallville that I really like. I enjoyed Lex and Lana but once again the writers proved inept at trying to write a decent relationship. Relationships on "Smallville" are like relationships on soap operas but with less killing. Lana was Lex's trophy wife. I think Lana actually loved Lex and saw the good and potential that Clark saw but then was revealed the horrible and ugly side. Indeed Guy inadvertently dropped a thought in my head, Lana could be Lex's real life Kryptonite ring!!! As for the clone storyline...I didn't like how that was handled. I think it could have been better if it was revealed that part of Project 33.1 was that Lex was involved in cloning humans in an attempt to create a clone of himself. This could easily lead to him coming back on the show if he truly died in that explosion (I still think part of his consciences still stuck in Ollie, yes yes I keep repeating this because it's the only logical way for Ollie to be acting like he has) he could come back as a clone and use his advanced technology to transfer the original Luthor's memories and consciencness from Oliver!!! That is if Ollie comes back from where ever the Parademons or Female Furies took him.

I got a mousers vibe from Ollies capture.

A TMNT crossover would be marvellous.

lana left Lex to be with Clark because she discovered Clarks secret and didn't think it was too awful... However that is not how women think. It's not the secret which must have kept her in a constant state of pissedoffedness, it the secret keeping which kept her in a constant state of pissedoffedness... Look how lex and lana first bonded, they found a secret to unwravel together.

    "sigh"

I wonder if they will try to rip on losts final season and tell two stories fom seperate universes side by side through out season 10, that we keep seeing snippets from this 3 years later time where clark is in tights mastering his potential?

Except in Smallville's case they wouldn't be creating a construct so they could all reunite with each other in their own version of heaven. Damn I'm thinking about Mousers now, Shredder dispatched Baxter to introduce them "They're not human!" CHOMP CHOMP.

Lana would have never gone with Lex if Clark was honest...I never buy that he is protecting the people he loves by lying to them...it is not for him to decide it is up to that person.

I am not crazy about Darkseid on SMALLVILLE and to be honest there are better stories to explore than throwing this in in the final season.

I like the idea of a "Blur(Clark) Revenge Squad" past enemies wanting to take down the Blur/Clark.

I agree that Lana would never have left Clark had he simply told her the truth about himself but because he's dumb in the show he probably would have found a way to get her harmed. The fact that he cares about people so much that he almost becomes stupidly selfish has hurt him. This I can't let anyone else have my burden crap over the years has created mess after mess for him. This version of Clark has so much baggage that it's no bloody wonder he hasn't become Superman yet. He's not mature enough to make those important responsible decisions.

If you think about it, he keeps his secret because he assumes everyone else is racist. like in the olden days and that whole "passing" thing were people with mixed heritage were able to get paid the same as white workers because they lied about who they were.

The smallville writers don't for a second consider that Clark might be guilty because he killed lana's parents, somethign i really didn't consider until I was watching Pushing daisies and Ned was trying not to apologise for killing Chuck's father because it might get in the way of her loving him more so then her being a zombie.

Zod killed Lana's Parents...since Krypton's destruction was his doing.

Clark really has nothing to worry about with love interests not accepting him...it is these other shady people Clark seems he can save...like Lex, Zod...Green Arrow. I kinda see Green Arrow like Batman since they pretty much who he is on SMALLVILLE..."allies in conflict".

We're running out of time, but I would still love to see Lori Lemaris make an appearance before the show signs off for good.

C'mon, CW. Sexy mermaids are ratings gold!

Mmm, Traylor Howard in the Halloween episode of 2 guys, a girl and a pizza shop wherein Ryan Reynolds doppelgänger was killing the cast off.

Good God! You weren't tlaking about Cher?!

the problem is, now that thye have tapped Lois, that we have to take into account that relationship being paused somehow to explore other love interests.

Zod Blew up the planet, but Clarks ship dragged the radioactive dibries for a few million lighter years across 7 galaxies. There's a statute of limitations on these things surely that if the ship can't cdlean it;s windshields... okay how about a muddy boots analogy, if Zod had flooded a park muddying up clarks boots, 15 of an hour and 3 miles later, is Zod still going to be the blamed for Clark tracking mud everywhere he walks? And the second ship that showed up in seaosn 5 when also had caused a meteor storm has me wondering if it's just their technology that they use huge tracts of "earth" as deflector shields from impact and radiation?

I'm with Greg, I want to see Lemaris as well. I think it would be an interesting twist to Clark's multitudes of relationship angst he carries around.

I still sincerely doubt that'll happen. I hope I'm wrong, but I think that they won't be bringing her into the series.

4 years of My Name is Earl might have made Jaime Pressly on Charmed half naked growing a tail an acceptable loss these days because at the time I thought she might be brain damaged a little since she was just a horrid actor it seemed.

As much as I'd like to see Lori be introduced I agree with NX and seriously doubt she will make it in the series. They could have had a chance to introduce her several seasons ago maybe during AC's debut but chose not too.

^ What was this for? I like how the line about the satire lol. The special effects in Smallville are subpar at best IMO.

The satire might be smart and sweet, but it's hardly intentional. That's like claiming to be proud about people laughing at you because you're a too thick to notice they're not laughing with you.

Emmy consideration for season 10. Obviously effects.

I find it funny they quoted Entertainment Weekly twice. It's like no one has nothing to say or they're no longer relevant anymore
