Best lines from Voyager's crew.

JanewayRulz!

Vice Admiral
Admiral
From "Living Witness"

EMH: Somewhere, halfway across the galaxy I hope, Captain Janeway is spinning in her grave.

Scientific Method is actually an excellent example of the relationship between Tuvok and Janeway. They don't "talk" about it, they just "are".

From the end of that same conversation that you referenced.

JANEWAY: ..... When this mutation crisis is over, I think I'll spend a few days in Renaissance Tuscany. There's a little inn outside Siena I've been wanting to try.
TUVOK: I will join you for a glass of wine.

The computer actually has a great line in Tinker Tenor Doctor Spy:

Harry: "This is impossible. The warp containment field is failing!"
Computer: "Warp core breach in 30 seconds."
B'Elanna: "Try stabilizing the antimatter flow!"
Seven: "The control linkage is down."
Computer: "Warning. Warp core breach a lot sooner than you think."

That one gets me every time. Great episode.

Wording might not be exact, but here goes some recent ones that I can remember.

Seven: "Naomi Wildman, sub-unit of of Samantha Wildman. State your intentions." :guffaw:

Janeway: Ready for some home-cooking?
Chakotay: I'll alert the sick bay.

Samantha Wildman: "She thinks she saw a monster in the replicator." (I always loved the "monster in the replicator" thing, so adorable somehow :P)

In addition, the Janeway quotes listed in the appropriate thread, especially Janeway jumping to warp for drinking too many cups of coffee ;)

The doctor always makes me laugh when ever he opens his mouth.

Sticks and stones won't break my bones, so you can imagine how I feel about being called names. Iv forgot what episode it is :)

I think Neelix had one of the best lines of all 7 seasons buried at the end of a season 4 show that many people seem to deride.

NEELIX: Commander, I don't think you can analyze love. It's the greatest mystery of all. No one knows why it happens or doesn't. Love is a chance combination of elements. Any one thing might be enough to keep it from igniting. A mood, a glance, a remark. And if we could define love, predict it, it would probably lose its power.

Tuvok: We seems to have lost our sex appeal captain.

Chakotay: We have a full compliment of shuttles.

Admiral Paris: Captain Janeway knows better than to fly into such a dangerous anomoly.

Well, off-the-cuff, one of my favorite several lines, and without trying to go into detail, is from ''Year Of Hell'', in which, just before Kath takes Voyager to her little rendezvous with Annorax's timeship, she responds to Tuvok's comment about his lack of comprehension as to why humans ascribe a personality, INW, to a ship, and she with clear affection for Voyager herslef explains how 'She has nurtured us, carried us', something along those lines. And, then, she has her final words with her dearest, oldest friend, before altering a tragic path of history....and I'll add my own sig here, which to me exemplifies the crew of my beloved ship....

ITA! Great scene full of great lines.

"Ma'am is acceptable in a crunch, but I prefer 'Captain'..."

Followed soon after by "It's not crunch time yet, Mister Kim. I'll let you know when."

:-)

"I also took the liberty of stimulating your hair follicles, a vicarious experience for me, as you might imagine." - the doctor

Yeah, the Captain Kate quotes are the best.. I also loved (from The Cloud)

Captain to Neelix ..."Dismissed"

Neelix.. standing there not leaving

Captain ..."that's starfleet for "get out" " hahaha

Doctor: Who's it from?
Seven: It's signed "Seven of Nine, Tertiary Adjunct of Unimatrix 01".

I just really liked that whole scene.

PARIS: How come I always see you down here eating alone, Lieutenant?
TUVOK: I prefer to read rather than engage in, what do humans call it? Short talk?
PARIS: Close enough. You don't make many friends that way.
TUVOK: Perhaps.
PARIS: Well, like it or not, you've made one today, Mister Tuvok.

Tom often has the best lines.

" When a bomb starts talking about itself in the third person, I get worried."

Or when he got into a boasting contest with a Hirogen.

" I once tracked a mouse through Jefferies tube thirty two."

Or when he's sweet talking the Captain.

"I'll see you at the Fortress of Doom. And remember, you're the Queen!"

Janeway "Despite Starfleet protocol, I don't like being addressed as 'sir'."
Kim "I'm sorry... ma'am?"
Janeway "'Ma'am' is acceptable in a crunch, but I actually prefer 'Captain'."

Or

"Most of the problems in life we create for ourselves." - Old Lady to Janeway in "Sacred Ground"

"Most of the problems in life we create for ourselves." - Old Lady to Janeway in "Sacred Ground"

I like that one even though I forgot about it. We seem to live in an age where it's fashionable to blame (or sue) others for everything that goes wrong.
