For some reason, every time I post in this thread (which is not that often) there's Spag-Bol for dinner. Tonight is no exception.

Last night was hamburgers - homemade, not from a restaurant - and tonight is meatloaf. And I love meatloaf, so I don't want to hear anything bad about meatloaf. Not sure what I'm going to serve with it.

It's just shorthand for spaghetti Bolognaise.

I'm still debating what to make for dinner tonight. I've got a positively wicked craving for linguine fra diavolo, but I don't have any scallops or shrimp -- I don't want to make it with only surimi -- and my wife isn't in the mood for anything spicy.

I could make beef bourguignon, but between a smoked brisket on Thursday and lasagne last night, I've been eating entirely too much red meat. (It's also a bit late in the day to begin cooking it, I suppose.)

Eh, maybe I'll just make omelets.

Anyway, tonight was salad and pizza. I feel I deserved it today.
