I suspect your only option would be to go to either Vista Ultiamte or Windows 7 Ultimate which you should be able to buy as an upgrade version.

Or if you need a new hard disk or ram by them with a OEM copy.

^Home Premium editions have Media Center too, which would be cheaper.

While not a Microsoft product, Media Portal is a freeware open source application that does many of the same things. It is compatible with many analog and digital tuner cards, supports off-air recording, playback, time shifting, etc, etc, etc. There are also lots of community contributed plug-ins for streaming audio playback, weather reports, ebay monitoring, etc.

MediaPortal is an application & services that run on top of windows. I've had great results with it on a 3 ghz XP box with 1 GB of ram and a 500 GB HD. I believe it will run on 2000, Vista, and 7. The support forum, over there will tell all though. Some of the features like time shift require a fairly hefty PC.

Another one to look at is GBPVR. I've used it before with good success.
