^ Hilarious!

I live in Northern California, and it is HOT AS ASS today.
Right now, it's 103. It was 106 here earlier.
Supposed to be 107 tomorrow.

We must be neighbors. Same place, same weather conditions. All I can say is thank God for air conditioning. Without it, I'd be even sicker than this damn weather has already made me.
Makes me long for the Christmas season. Shorter days, cooler tempatures.....
Oh well. At least I can take a cold shower.
It is BURNING up here. 73 degrees and a very high humidity of 48%!! It looks the high is going to be be 88 tomorrow. The low tonight is still hot at 61!![]()

Burning at 73? Hot at 61? I can't imagine anything cooler than 61 degrees. Those temps are what many would consider ideal year round. It really is funny on how people perceive weather. One person's hot is another person's cold!![]()

108 right now.
Good grief...
Here in North Carolina it is around 88° to 92°F but it is going to be unbearable from mid-July to September as these are the hottest and most humid weeks of the summers, easily 100° F everyday, and so humid everything looks fuzzy.
The beach and the mountains are great places to hang out during this time.
Whenever it is absolutely miserable, I think of those poor females having to wear whalebone 'internal organs-shifter' corsets and several layers of clothing on the plantations around here and I wonder how they survived.
I prefer it here I think, because I like being able to grow things outside all year-round. And I have gotten used to the humidity.
I miss the cool evenings in Colorado, though. I grew up in the mountains and no matter how hot it is during the summer, at night it cools down wonderfully.
I'm in the NC mountains right now, and I love it

Good luck on the Bar.
If there's one thing the world needs, it's more lawyers....

I had a friend who considered moving to Hanford--she wanted to know if there was anyone to talk to besides cows.
