yeah, all the Trek IMAX showings are basically DP, right? that Air and Space Musuem showing I went to? FANTASTIC!!

does it look worse in regular format if it's shot in IMAX?

The Dark Knight had scenes filmed specifically for IMAX, but I didn't notice anything that stood out watching it in a traditional theatre.

I'm up for one more showing tonight at 9:15 again at the Imax again, that Imax is a brilliant way to watch a movie, be it normal or one of those Imax ones......i will definitely be trying out a Imax movie and some of that 3D Imax stuff real soon...

But for now Trek gets my cash, and with thanks.

According to BOMO it looks like it did 7 mil plus yesterday, but still no finals.

I'm really warming up to this fantasy of having gone every day. $12.50 x 14 is not so bad, then $8.50 a day after that. I don't smoke, so I could justify it that way. I'm just going to imagine we did.
