that was fun, to be sure, but I think he showed real talent in Rocks and ShoalsI like the guy who played Keevan. especially after he "died".

I still can't think of Harris Yulin without thinking of his hilarious turn in Ghostbusters 2. 
I can't think of Harris Yulin without thinking of his spectacular death scene in Scarface. Maybe this sounds like I have a morbid sense of humour, but I always get a huge laugh from him yelling "FUCK YOU!" at the guy who shoots him, right before being shot. I mean, what's the point of swearing at someone who's going to kill you anyway? It makes more sense to just close your eyes and accept your faith, but he just had to go out in defiance like that.

The most unusual guest star? Stephen McHattie as the Romulan Senator Vreenak. Nobody tried to make him a sterling character. When his shuttle was sabotaged it really got you to thinking about Machiavellian means and ends. Somehow, this guy got a lot of sympathy without trying to wring it out of the viewer.

This thread inspired me to watch "The Magnificent Ferengi" for the first time and I'm glad it did, because I really enjoyed the episode. Thanks for the encouragement, folks! To be honest, I am a little disappointed by Iggy Pop in it after all the hype here. He was great and all, but the way you people are constantly voting for it, one would think it's the greatest performance ever! Still, I dug how he acted so differently than the other Vorta we've seen..the others always sounded so smug and overbearing, whereas Iggy was much more subtle...his delivery was always really dry, so he always sounded irritated, but dignified, rather than whiny. A really neat and unique interpretation of a Vorta, I suppose that's a big reason why so many of you were so thrilled with it.

No, but Brian Markinson who played Dr. Giger did notably play Lt. Durst (and the Vidiian that stole his face) in VGR's 'Faces.'
Gabriell Union had a small part in Sons and daughters. She is one of the Klingons. Also I can't remember the name of the ep but it's the one where Sisko falls for the mysterious woman who turns out to be the lead scientist wife. I want to say her name was Sherri Richardson but I am not sure.

Agreed, however if you're a Science fiction fan in the UK and you want to watch ST, SG or Futurama on SKY you will have to suffer though Iggy Pop selling out and 'performing' some godsdamn awful adverts about online car insurance.
