But don't orient them to kids. Market to adults and just make it child friendly.
Oh, and get some amateur builders to design the stuff, fan made legos are SO much better than stock kits.
Example:
Released one:

Fan-made one:

And an example of how awesome a lego Enterprise COULD be!

"I AM CAPTAIN KIRRRK!"
I'd rather they make a LEGO Star Trek video game like they did with Star Wars, Indy, and Batman.
I was wondweing if Lego was going to do any products for Star Trek. Imeand they did ones for the Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and The Dark Knight. It would be a very cool idea.
Are you kidding. I've been working at Toys R Us for 16 months and I yet to see anything Star Trek related there.
Mid-1990s. Good times.I was wondweing if Lego was going to do any products for Star Trek. Imeand they did ones for the Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and The Dark Knight. It would be a very cool idea.

I remember when Toys R Us had a whole aisle full of Trek figures.
Mega-Blocks made a Set of the Enterprise-D back in 2004.
It's pretty cool, I've got 4 sets.
I would sooo love for LEGO to make a few Trek Sets, I've got all their SW's sets except for the new Clone War's Tank and the super expensive 2nd version of the Death Star.
Both of which I'll have by next year sometime.
yeah... I'm a LEGO Drooling Geek also.![]()

I'll have to show you some of my LEGO model Starships...
You guys ought to check with Unicron. He's done quite a bit of stuff (kits and his own designs) with LEGO and has shown some pics of nifty work by others, as well, including the traveling LEGO Ocean Adventure exhibit....
