You know even aegis cruisers have windows even though they don't really need them...what a stupid criticism. If you're worried about a torpedo hitting the bridge, well look at Nemesis, the E-E had no window and it still had a hole in the bulkhead!

I havnt seen these pics yet, im waiting for my copy of Decembers issue to drop onto the mat. Its a few days late, usually turns up before its out in shops.

So fogive me for not taking part at this moment. Although, what i have got the jist of is that the viewer is now a fucking great window with a heads up display. [invert-this mother-fraker] [/invert-this-mother-fracker]





















Although, in hindsight, it looks pretty damn cooooooool, though.

I would look at them online but for some reason, i find it more satisfying reading this on paper. duno why, maybe its because i remember what movie hype was before the internet or something.

 

Meh - either way. A torpedo to an unshielded bridge should, by rights, obliterate most of the saucer section.

If you look closely, you can see the viewscreen, I think. I cropped it out then also changed the contract/brightness to highlight it. It is in the center of the picture.

I gave in , well, at least to these images anyway.


Ya know what, they may have the pointy sideburns and velour uniforms and all, but they even have the blue tinted eye shadow makeup on quintos brow right. They seemed to have stopped that in latter Trek movies and shows when Nimoy appeared as Spock and to the recent Vulcans in Enterprise and Voyager.

Nice to see the eye shadow in business.

 

And we will invite Shatner et al, but he will pretend not to know a thing about it. And then slate us in an online video.

 

Huh, I get some interesting advertising when I view those images.
