I’m torn on bases.

On one hand I never really use them. Especially since 99% of the time I can get them to stand on their own solidly.

On the other, I cannot get Garrett to stand for more than a few minutes without falling over. So yeah, maybe a base would help.

The lack of even a plain base is surprising considering all the extra stuff some of them do come with.

I wish it was standard to have a very flat base (like Minimates had) that could just give a little extra support without taking up any room or being very visible.

yeah…I think I’m gonna have to invest in a base for Garrett…or put her in the DST Enterprise D Captains Chair. Seems like she won’t go more than a day before falling over. No matter how I twist, turn and balance.

She does have peg holes in her heels.

sadly no, the peg on the Playmates bases are too fat for the nacelle figures. Same with the little clear ones for certain Funko POPs. I did have a few extra bases from McFarlanes DC Comics line and that fit but it was just a little tight.

another big accessory ala Kirk’s Horse…Bones comes with a Bio Bed. I like that the build a bridge comes with different dedication plaques. I wonder if the Captains Chair will come with a swappable tall back.

Yeah, that McCoy looks good. I was hoping he’d come with a swap-able torso like the sailing ship Worf so he can be posed in the short sleeved medical tunic. But that may be out of the question if he’s coming with a freakin bio bed.

Yeah, that looks great.

Got an email from Nacelle this evening. Looks like Wave 2 shipping and delivery has been pushed back to Nov/Dec ‘26.

I know I’m probably more pessimistic than most but my guess is we won’t see Wave 3 until around the same time next year at the rate they are going.
