One wave a year... darn, I was hoping for at least two. Hope they can speed things up.
...and here is my Enterprise-C bridge diorama with my brand new Captain Rachel Garrett figure!
This one was supposed to be my magnum opus but I actually feel a bit critical of the final result. For one thing, my Captain Garrett figure has really dark circles around her eyes and cheeks for some reason, making it look like she's been crying with too much makeup on (not necessarily my fault but it still throws it off for me). The diorama also called for a captain's chair unlike the one I used; my 7" scale TNG chairs are in storage right now, buried under a bunch of other stuff, so I can't get to them right now. Other than that, and a few other corners I had to cut, this turned out cool enough I guess. I do really like the very late 80s/early 90s look of the aesthetic.

Guys, I want to say something. I want to praise Nacelle Toys, they are the absolute best. I had some trouble with my figures but it all got fixed immediately.
My Tuvix had a black line on the nose. Also my Archer had a wonky eye. I did contact Nacelle, asking for replacement heads. Guys, they sent me two complete new figures mint in box. I had them in less than a week!
Archer was fine now, but unfortunately the new Tuvix had a spot on his chin. I did try an eraser and it worked mostly but some black dot remained and I also wasn't happy with how the whole chin now looked lighter in color. I hesitated in trying to paint it myself for fear for making it worse.
So I wrote to them again and they said, absolutely, you deserve the best and sent me another single head. It arrived today and now I am a very happy camper! Nacelle Toys is the best and I will fight anyone who says otherwise! (no picture of the new head as I haven't attached it to the body yet).
So if you have any issues, don't hesitate, reach out. They want you to be happy. Best customer service ever!

Interesting. So it’s been 2 months to the day since I ordered Valkris and Peter Preston to go along with what else I already had received from Wave 1.
I emailed them today just to see if I could find out any info on the order status because even with the delays listed on the website, they should have sent them by now.
Just got a notice that the figures have shipped. Either it’s an amazing coincidence or they needed the nudge. lol.

holy jumpin’…the figures came today. I still don’t know if I gave them a nudge to get them shipped or if it’s just an amazing coincidence but man, that is good customer service.
I was caught off guard about the size of Valkris’s box (stop it). I expected them to try a squeeze Genesis into the normal sized packaging. But at least I have a good idea now about the packaging for Kirk with the horse and Janeway with the Captains chair.

At the very least wave 3. Maybe around SDCC.
After having a chance to open it. I am amazed at the detail on the Genesis Device. And it’s huge. Very cool accessory.
Same. I'm probably going to limit myself to just the original series figures (maybe original + animated) and wave 3 is really the kickoff for that (though I am looking forward to the Romulan Commamder on wave 2).

You have no idea how much flak I got when I posted pictures of him! Quote: "Why are people so obsessed with this character?"
I think he looks amazing.
I also think Janeway took the right decision. Just to get it out there.
