Spoilers Starfleet Academy Episode Preview Thread

Oh, he absolutely could have, and it would have probably saved the production a bunch of money.

Something they really could have used given how blatant the last couple episodes have been with their set reuse.
Yeah, as I said. not much "drama" there. I assume the shuttle set is a permanent one. We've seen it quite a bit, IIRC.

Also, the only absolutes in fiction are the ones the writers say there are.

I guess they never defined what a mil is either.

The phrase "crossing the Rubicon" is used to define a point of no return. The Rubicon was a river in Italt, when Julius Caesar marched on Rome, he "parked" his Legions on the banks of the Rubicon. His intentions were clear, but until the point he ordered his men to cross the Rubicon, he had room to back off and let the status quo endure, once they crossed the river, there was nowhere to ho but onwards. The background to it is complicated - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crossing_the_Rubicon

That's a Rubicon, not a Rubincon.

As a thought - What happened to Stanley and Lorinda? And Almond Basket! Is Almond Basket going all Gizmo on the stolen Hull?
