"As the year ends, Caleb must choose between the life he wanted and the life he's built at Starfleet Academy. Meanwhile, Nahla breaks protocol to keep her promise."

This one's written by Kenneth Lin & Kirsten Beyer and directed by Jonathan Frakes. Crazy how this is also the penultimate episode of the first season. With these 10 episode-seasons, time sure flies by at warp speed.

Plot of 12th Night

Twelfth Night Summary. Viola, separated from her twin Sebastian, dresses as a boy and works for the Duke Orsino, whom she falls in love with. Orsino is in love with the Countess Olivia, and sends Viola to court her for him, but Olivia falls for Viola instead.

I don't mean to spoil anything, but Pretty Little Liars ends with a Secret Twin having been roaming around in plain sight since the beginning, too.

Total rip-off of She's the Man.

Was surprised to see this pop up today. Because yes, at this point it’s a quasi-tradition for @Commander Richard to start these review threads. I’m sure he won’t mind you setting up this one in advance, though. :)

I added the poll, because next to the custom episode poster that @Commander Richard usually posts with these, that was the other thing missing. ;)

I’m curious how the penultimate episode will shape up. We know next to nothing about what’s going to happen. Pretty exciting! This was co-written by Kenneth Lin, who also co-wrote the fan-favorite “Come, Let's Away”. Hopefully this will be similarly good. From the episode description my guess would be that this continues the story of Caleb looking for traces of his mother.

Um, wow. Did something happen with Uncle Sock? I was also surprised to see this thread, but I just gave it a :shrug:and moved on. Such has happened in the past and Richard just posted their episode poster deeper in the thread.

I honestly don’t understand it either. He had his account deactivated, but the reasons he provided, as they were relayed to me, don’t seem to make any obvious sense, I’m afraid. I wish he’d have slept over this decision and contacted me or another member of the staff to find a solution if something bothered him. Oh well, I’m sorry he left and I hope he’s fine, wherever he’s getting his Trek fix now. :(

We've had episode threads early when they were aired somewhere already by mistake or put up early as a surprise, and it was never a problem (from memory: Nepenthe a week early in Japan, Tomorrow and etc. a day early on Amazon, These old scientists during a Saturday con)

I wish Paramount+ would join the other streamers and actually announce the time they release new episodes. HBO Max does it (The Pitt comes out Thursdays at 9 eastern), Amazon Does it, and Apple TV is very good at it. I hate seeing the episode released through the Apple TV app, click on it and it's not there. My biggest annoyance with Paramount+ and it has been for years.

The original (wrong) Klingon ruStay :D
("I am mother you are honor")

The return of Omega, which should've been the cause of the Burn

Ukeck looks like the Orion place on Qo'noS at the end of Disco S1

Increasing pressure makes lifesigns undetectable is almost as bad a design flaw as filters not filtering unknown substances was :D

There is an eternal archive

DS9 on the bottom left (also called Terok Nor again?)

So this show and Disco have always been criticised for poor characterisation. But fair play, these 2 series have taken trouble to write characters differently after they have undergone separation and time has passed. Culber after being "dead". Burnham after her year away from the crew. And they've done it beautifully with Sam, they are only outdone by Kerrice's subtle changes herself.
