This Hardly Ever Happens to Me!

I'm highly agitated because I'm looking at a still from our show, and even with plenty of clues, I can't recall what episode this is from. I'm referring to the Briefing Room scene that flashes by at 4:28 in this video.

Kirk's uniform constrains us to the second season. Help, please. Who are the two people sitting with Sulu? What episode is this, or could it be fake, and why would anyone fake this:

It's not immediately ringing any bells for me, but a Tineye search found a few hits.

What strikes me is the aspect of the image. It's not 4:3, so I'd say it is not a screenshot from an episode. Production still? ~ I'm thinking possibly Ai based on a episode.

Edit:

After a bit of deeper research, it looks like this still is from The Immunity Syndrome, I found another similar one showing the characters more on the side. Still unsure on the identity of the right-siders.

Love how everyone pieced it together! Shatner's slouch in the picture is another clue, conveying the fatigue and energy drain discussed at length in the episode. That isn't Sulu, either—he was off with John Wayne and Kyle was at the helm, delivering the needed expository dialogue with Chekov.

Note how Kyle changes shirt color after Spock goes to Sickbay for his check up in the Episode.

In universe: coffee spill.

IRL: most likely they realized it would save set-up and shooting time if they could use this piece of Chekov stock footage later in the story, so Kyle needed a green shirt:

And I think they took pains to blot out a recognizable Billy Blackburn at the helm.

Nice grab. I do wonder if Walter, no shrinking violet after the close of series production at least, has ever complained that he never got to pilot the ship from the port-side station! IIRC the only time he even sits in the helmsman's chair is after Spock subdues him in "The Tholian Web." And that continued all the way to the last interior shot (awkward looking to me as a result) of The Undiscovered Country, no less.
