You must hate 99% of all action, space opera, western, war, combat movies and shows.
I'm just trying to imagine it: Terminator, Matrix, Bond, Mission Impossible, SW, Trek, all with extended legal debates, full proper courtroom proceedings, before the bad guys finally getshot sentenced to something

That's the nature of social media now. One of the reasons I like Red Letter Media. Agree with them or not they don't play those games. You know they don't like modern Trek, so they aren't going to just hate watch it and then get people come listen to them gripe about it.
But those channels still turn up in a search.

It means Youtube thinks you want to watch them. If you clicked on even one of them it means they think you will want 20 more videos just like the one you clicked on.
Zero and Hologram Janeway are probably still alive unless something killed them.
Dal and Merf might be too depending on their genetics.
Good point. I suppose hologram versions of Zero and Janeway are better than nothing. Still, I bet he misses the real versions of them.
Considering the Doctor's reaction when Sam mentioned them, I'm guessing they're not around anymore.
Zero is a Medusan, they're energy beings that don't age.
There's no way the Academy writers are allowed to kill off any past show main characters except by old age.
Especially past show main characters that Paramount can continue to use forever since they're not irrevocably connected to any specific actor or actress.
Which is probably what happened to those particular characters. It has been eight hundred years, after all.
And they're probably old age by now.
And people don't mourn in the future so death is a non issue.
And predictably, the thumbnail focuses on the women and a Black actor.
These rage merchants are so fucking transparent in their bigotry.
