1701 from behind, A from aft starboard, D from starboard, Defiant from starboard bow, Voyager from the front, NX-01 from port bow, Disco from port, SNW 1701 from behind, which then shoots forward and the 60th logo appears.

Very weird that it's missing Picard, Lower Decks and Prodigy rep. Maybe it would have made it too long.

I'm sure some of the grifters will find a way to complain about it. Kurtzman erasing shows he didn't work on and his lord and saviour Terry Matalas's work.

It already seems like it's pushing it as it is. The D can count for TNG and PIC. Prodigy, well, let's not forget that Paramount+ took it off their service. That knocks out two right there. Lower Decks got the short end of the stick.

I'm guessing they wanted to start and finish with TOS and SNW so they could start and finish with the 1701. Makes sense considering they probably wanted to go full circle.

Don't take this the wrong way, but I know them a lot better than you do, and they don't care about some flyby. Other stuff yes, but not really that.

I mean the episode is 75 minutes long and it sounds like 5 of those minutes is dedicated to the 60th anniversary logo, so i guess they couldn't include it all

I imagine Season 2 (or maybe it's just a one off for episode) will just have the Athena, since it won't be the 60th Anniversary anymore.

my first nitpick of the episode, they made the Enterprise D is symmetrical

look at the shuttle bays on the neck, one should be smaller than the other lmao

Edit: Ok not completely symmetrical, they did correctly make the left shuttle bay not touch the centre of the neck. So it's just the size that's wrong.
