Things that you would like to see in Star Trek.

I would love to see a meeting between Ma'jel and T'lyn. I wonder what that kind of Vulcan conversation would be like.
I think T'Lyn would act as an unconventional mentor to Ma'jel. Remember that T'Lyn was sent to Starfleet in the first place because her Vulcan superiors found her too rebellious. Ma'jel seems a bit unconventional as well, with her funky hair (unless white tips like that are natural in some Vulcans), her occasional slight smile, and her willingness to break the rules.

I'd love to see more stuff set in the universe that isn't set on a starship/station (along with the stuff that is, of course) but I recognize that's unlikely because it's not what the majority of viewers want. Specifically though I'd be really interested to see more examples of cross-species cultural exchange between civilizations that have been interacting for hundreds of years -- surely for example there are Vulcan-human fusion restaurants on earth or even non-Vulcans who religiously follow the teachings of Surak because it's helpful for their own inner turmoil or anger issues. Hell, maybe they even have the haircut!

I'd like to see something revolving around those guys who are like 'Yeah, I think I'll run a coffee shop in San Fran for the hell of it' and how his lark turns into a passion with the intersection of culture and the various other aspects of being on Earth during the whole 24th century. Or maybe I'm just looking for an excuse to have a character go: "You need to have a straight face when making that Vulcan mocha."

What about a TV show based on the life of those 21st Century people they defrosted in season one of TNG?

Now that would be a great show to see how they adapt and adjust to life on Earth

Stay tuned. We've got a Starfleet Academy series on the way that will presumably be set mostly on Earth.

Plus, Tawny Newsome has a pitch in the works for a comedy series set in a resort.

There is actually something to mine here, with one of the TNG novels apparently using the businessman in the only position he'd enjoy (some type of ambassador or contact with the Ferengi because he's got that old wall-street biz acumen), so there is some good stuff to mine with the idea, even if it's not something that could run for a long while.

Earth is pretty low on my list of places I'd like to see a series set (for a human-centric series I'm more interested in the idea of life on any of Earth's many colonies) but I am very excited about the Starfleet Academy series just because I've always thought that would be a fun idea for show.

The Jurati Borg as Federation members.

Some way of dealing with the organics-hating AI Cthulhus lurking between the galaxies. Possibly involving the Jurati Borg. Could the AI Cthulhus have been the threat they were guarding against in PIC S2?

I think so, and since it was never explained it is good a theory as any

Hm...I think the adventures of the offspring of some famous Star Trek characters is something I would like to see.
