Latest one was alright but I’m a bit confused how the there are still people around if the Earth exploded. I was looking forward to seeing who Jason Issacs was playing but that was only at the very end.
The cynic in me says the only reason we got Birdie was Disney/Marvel wanting a duck character that couldn't ignite another claim from Steve Gerber's estate when/if a movie comes out.I loved todays episode, The Ducks were hilarious. I have to admit the human woman giving birth to an egg thing bugged me a little, but the whole thing was just so ridiculous it wasn't enough to ruin things for me. I was a little disappointed we had so many replacement actors in this one, but it was still a lot of fun to see what they did with the characters. I think my favorite was Loki and his ski lodge on Jotunheim. And now I want Nick Fury to start saying "Fury out!" every time he leaves in the Sacred timeline.
Yeah, that confused me too, I kept waiting for some kind of explanation for how people survived because I can't imagine people surviving something as drastic as a Celestial breaking out of the center of the planet without some very serious help.Latest one was alright but I’m a bit confused how the there are still people around if the Earth exploded.
I'm old enough to recall when Disney strong armed Marvel into giving Howard pants because he looked a little too much like Donald. Now that Disney owns Marvel I keep hoping Howard will lose his pants and return to his original design. Probably not.The cynic in me says the only reason we got Birdie was Disney/Marvel wanting a duck character that couldn't ignite another claim from Steve Gerber's estate when/if a movie comes out.

Yeah, relationships like that are pretty standard for these kind of comic books and cartoons. The thing that bugged me was just that from a biological standpoint, I would assume she would give birth the human way no matter what the father was. Human women just don't develop those kind of eggs.
I didn't think of that, but it's another good point. It also seemed wrong that they were treating the egg like a human baby. I mean, they should have been sitting on it or otherwise incubating it.
I certainly hope we get to see Jeffrey Wright as a live-action Uatu! However, the end drama with The Watcher has me wondering if the character is going to play a pivotal role in Secret Wars, which will be the finale to the Multiverse Saga.
