One of the my favorite things about the MCU is that it has such a variety, so we can get things like The Winter Soldier, the Netflix shows, and She-Hulk all coexisting.Damage has most certainly been done in my eyes. The MCU was created by a robot named Kevin and She Hulk met him and rewrote her story. Daredevil was made a joke. The MCU has a Dumpling god in a spoon. They made the universe so cartoonie and silly there is no redemption imo.

It's almost like different writers have tried out different tones and stories with different characters.

I thought his eyes were just turning red like in the comics when I first watched that. But no, looks like he might be heading to the MCU!
Yeah I know that is how she is in the comics. That's why I stopped reading the comics they got dumber as time went on. Do you really think general audience, who have never read a comic but got into the movies for the tone set by Iron man, do you think they are gonna stick around for all the silly crap just because it was it the comics? Doubtful.

They're going to watch what they like, and discard what they don't like. They won't keep watching because "MCU" but actually think and make decisions based upon their own interests. Which is why there isn't "damage."
I had no interest in Blade or Vampires, but ended up watching that film as a young man and found it quite compelling because I did like Spider-Man and Blade showed up in the 90s cartoon. So, it intrigued me enough to check it out.
I liked Daredevil but despised Jessica Jones.
So, this whole "one size fits all MCU" nonsense is dumb. Pure and simple. People will watch what they like.

I don't agree. Except for Daw. The MCU has had more clunkers the last couple years than actual hits. They will not recapture the days of Phase one. Those times are over. Superhero stuff is extremely oversaturated imo. It's going the way of the comics. Make more, more crossovers and more stupid stuff. Comics lost their audience and the films eventually will also. Sad that they have to do dumb gimmicks like bringing Hugh Jackman and now Robert Downey back and people are drinking it up like it some kind brilliant idea. Alternate universe Tony Stark as Doctor Doom...yippee...

Pretty much all streaming right now and fandoms. Fandoms want to feel like they are in their younger years again and demand that feeling over and over again. Euphoria maintained forever.Just like current trek?..

Does anyone think we'll get an uncut version? I think there is a ton of stuff we didn't see but considering this isn't a Fox movie I doubt they'll do it.
If they didn't do it for Infinity War and Endgame, I highly doubt they'll do it for Deadpool & Wolverine.
But I've been wrong before. I would love to be now.

Yeah I know. But I could probably stomach Deadpool more than She Hulk. Since he's touched in the head. She hulk is pure green acres comedy.
We all knew DAW would do big money and it was specifically because Hugh came back.
I get that lot of you like the goofy stuff. That's cool. I just don't care for it. I love whimsical one liners and what not. But sometimes I think they just go too far and it takes me right out of the film.
