Legacy has always felt to me like a show that would have trouble pleasing everybody.
Since when has ANY post-2005 show pleased everyone?
Strange New Worlds most certainly hasn't ("Nurse Chapel's done gone woke!"

I could've done without the musical episode, thank you very much.

Either there would be too many references to the past (“OMG its Admiral Janeway and General Kira”) or too few (“I can’t believe we didn’t see Captain Harry Kim with his helmsman Miral Paris, damn you Matalas”).
Let's stick to Jack and the La Forge sisters.
There's no need to bring EVERYONE aboard Legacy (No Miral Paris or Kestra Troi-Riker

I'd be fine with a Seven-centric series, just not Legacy.
The problem is, the ending of Pic doesn't leave a lot of wiggle room without having to slather on the exposition.
I've likened Legacy to Better Call Saul (which is a spin-off of Breaking Bad).
How can someone who's never seen BB watch Better Call Saul?
